Jhulio Cesar Paschoalin
Jhulio started tattooing in Brazil in 2015. Nothing he'd tried before made sense as a career — art was the first thing that did. His drawings always came from feeling rather than reference, and realism became the natural extension of what he was already doing on paper.
The turning point came when he crossed the world to tattoo in Australia. That's where he found his style, and where he discovered what it means to work as an artist without borders.
Today he's based in North Carolina and travels constantly, working across the United States and abroad. He specializes in large-scale realism and full coverage — pieces that take space, take time, and are built to hold something real.
Quantum Machine is the name he gave to the idea behind the work: letting go of ego. He doesn't impose a style on you. He builds alongside you — and every client he meets becomes part of his own path.

The Work

How It Works
No two projects run the same. What stays constant: the conversation, the design, the work.
- The conversation. In person when possible. Coming from out of state? Video or message first, then you arrive and the work starts.
- An original design. Built from your story. Bring something that already exists — your kid's drawing, a reference you've held for years — and that becomes the starting point.
- A direction you agree on. He reads early where you stand and aligns with you. Not endless revisions. A decision you both commit to.
- The session. Small pieces in a day. Large work across as many sessions as it takes.
- Aftercare, in person. He walks you through it before you leave. Questions during healing? You reach out.
- Honest expectations. A tattoo doesn't stay exactly as it looks day one. It settles and loses some saturation. He tells you upfront.
Pricing depends on the project, the scale, and where he's working. Smaller pieces hourly, larger projects flat rate. A 20% deposit holds your date. Send your request for a real quote.
Questions
How many sessions will it take?
It depends on the project and on you. A sleeve, a back piece and a neck piece are completely different timelines. Some clients sit twelve hours, others three. Jhulio maps it with you once he knows the scale.
How much does it cost?
Smaller pieces are hourly. Larger projects get a flat rate once the design is settled. Rates shift depending on where he's working, so there's no single honest number to publish. Send your request for a real quote.
Do I need the idea figured out first?
No. Most people arrive with a feeling, not a design. That's what the conversation is for — you bring the story, he builds the art.
Can I bring my own reference?
Yes. Your kid's drawing, artwork from a band, a photo you've kept for years. He builds from what you bring.
Do I see the design first?
Yes. It's shaped between you before anything starts. He'll show you what works on the body and why.
Are touch-ups included?
No — they're charged separately, and he assesses whether one is needed. A tattoo never stays exactly as it looks day one. It settles and loses some saturation. That's normal, and he tells you upfront.
What if I'm not in North Carolina?
Reach out anyway. He travels all year, and clients also fly in. In that case the conversation happens by video or message first, and the work starts when you land.
